Washington College welcomed Brothers Osborne for Admitted Students Day on April 11 with music-filled festivities. Prospective students toured campus life through concerts, food trucks, activities—and even selected dorm rooms.
Stacey Abrams visited University of Maryland Eastern Shore as part of a lecture series led by President Heidi M. Anderson. She spoke about political engagement, voting rights advocacy, HBCU support, combating misinformation among youth—and inspired both students and faculty.
Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Jericho Brown led Washington College students in crafting original duplex poems during an interactive workshop at Rose O’Neill Literary House. The event highlighted creative engagement between visiting authors and students as part of an ongoing literary tradition.
