After kicking off #HispanicHeritageMonth with a sold-out Hispanic Heritage Month Business Talk last Thursday, AAEDC, the Anne Arundel County Office of Multicultural Affairs, and the Maryland Small Business Development Center are keeping the momentum going by hosting the second talk, How To Do Business With The County, TOMORROW, September 22, at Sin Fronteras Cafe in Annapolis.

Available in both English and Spanish, the two-hour (8AM-10AM) talk will feature a dynamic presentation by Elisa Brown, Minority/Small Business Coordinator with the Anne Arundel County Purchasing Division. Elisa will discuss purchasing procedures and the capabilities of the County’s new P.O.R.T. Procurement system, with a special focus on how Hispanic business owners in #annearundelcounty can view solicitations, submit bids, and access bid results.
