Enjoy the sounds of the Old Mill High School Winter Concert and view artwork from elementary students from across Anne Arundel County continuously on AACPS-TV (Comcast (96/996HD), Verizon (36/1961HD), or Astound (96/496HD) from December 24 through January 1. The artwork will be showcased at Anne Arundel County Public Schools’ Elementary Winter Wonderland Art Exhibit through January 4 at Westfield Annapolis Mall. The concert can also be seen on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaZDUaNWh_A beginning at 10 a.m. on December 24.

2024: Maryland’s alcoholic beverages license taxes collections were up, changing by 460.7% from the previous year

Out of the $30.9 billion in total tax revenue collected by Maryland in 2024, $3.6 million came from alcoholic beverages license taxes, representing an increase from the previous year, when the total was $642,000, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Annual Survey of State Government Tax Collections (STC).
