Several people unlawfully present in Maryland have been sentenced following guilty pleas related to illegal entry or property destruction offenses under Operation Take Back America. The U.S. Attorney’s Office highlighted ongoing efforts with law enforcement partners across Maryland.
A loaded firearm was found in a student’s locker at St. Charles High School following suspicious behavior observed by staff. Authorities responded quickly; no additional weapons were located during subsequent searches. The investigation remains ongoing.
Jeremy Bethea has pled guilty in federal court for his role in a major drug trafficking operation involving fentanyl distribution in Baltimore. Authorities detail how undercover operations led them directly into evidence against him.
