Bainbridge Development Corporation – will be holding its Annual Meeting on Monday, October 24, 2022. The Board of Directors will meet in closed session at 4:30 PM prior to the start of the open session at 6:00 PM at The Donaldson Brown Center, Port Deposit, MD. The closed session will be held pursuant to the Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Articles, Title 3, Subtitle 3, Section 3-305 (b) (13); “to comply with a specific constitutional, statutory, or judicially imposed requirement that prevents public disclosure about a particular proceeding or matter.” The open session meeting will be hybrid, both in person and virtually.
