Bainbridge Development Corporation – will be holding its Annual Meeting on Monday, October 24, 2022. The Board of Directors will meet in closed session at 4:30 PM prior to the start of the open session at 6:00 PM at The Donaldson Brown Center, Port Deposit, MD. The closed session will be held pursuant to the Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Articles, Title 3, Subtitle 3, Section 3-305 (b) (13); “to comply with a specific constitutional, statutory, or judicially imposed requirement that prevents public disclosure about a particular proceeding or matter.” The open session meeting will be hybrid, both in person and virtually. The public is welcome to attend. To join virtually, use the link and sign in information below. The agenda items will include development updates as well as general board business.
