The office of State Comptroller Brooke Lierman has issued an update to the list concerning Maryland’s Sales & Use Tax. The document, titled “LIST OF TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY AND SERVICES SUBJECT TO SALES AND USE TAX,” is revised annually at the start of each year.
