Two men from Oakland and Kitzmiller were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop conducted by the Garrett County Narcotics Task Force, with assistance from Garrett County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Maryland State Police, according to an April 16 statement from Sheriff Bryson Meyers.

Philip Blair Saville Jr., 38, of Kitzmiller was charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of crack cocaine.
