Ivey has represented Maryland’s 4th District since replacing Anthony Brown in Congress in 2023. He previously served in the Maryland House of Representatives and resides in Cheverly. Born in Chelsea, Massachusetts in 1961, Ivey graduated from Princeton University with a BA and later earned a JD from Harvard Law School.
