At 9:00 a.m. the meeting of the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Capital Committee was called to order by Chairman Ensor.

Approval – Open Session Minutes Of April 5, 2018

Upon motion by Member Cox and seconded by Member Gangemi, the Open Session meeting minutes of the Capital Committee’s Meeting held on April 5, 2018 were unanimously approved.

Update – Westbound Bay Bridge Engineering

Mr. Pines provided the Members an update on the Westbound Bay Bridge (WPL) Deck Rehabilitation and Miscellaneous Modifications (Contract No. BB 2819).

Update – Oec Condition Inspection Program Overview

Mr. Amare provided the Members an update on the OEC Bridge and Tunnel Inspection Program.

Update – Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (Tmdl) Scope,

Mandate And Status

Mr. Mattejat and Ms. Black provided the Members an update on the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Scope, Mandate and Status.

There being no further business, the meeting of the MDTA Capital Committee was adjourned by general consensus at 10:15 a.m. following a motion by Member Gangemi and seconded by Member Gaines.

The next meeting of the MDTA Capital Committee is scheduled for Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at Point Breeze Headquarters, 2310 Broening Highway, Baltimore, Maryland.
