Comptroller Franchot recently visited Community Forklift - Nonprofit Reuse Center For Home Improvement. to present a proclamation to CEO Nancy Meyer.
The Edmonston nonprofit accepts donations of unwanted and salvaged building materials throughout the Capital region and makes building materials available to the public at low cost, providing vintage materials for restoring old homes.
