Germantown home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Germantown rose by $30,100 while total sales increased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $289,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Germantown in April 2016.
