Damascus home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Damascus rose by $88,200 while total sales increased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $378,000 - a 30.4% increase over the $289,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Damascus in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Damascus for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,157, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
