North Potomac home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in North Potomac fell by $49,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $662,500 - a 6.9% decrease over the $711,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in North Potomac in February 2016.
