Essex home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Essex fell by $5,200 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,800 - a 2.9% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Essex in July 2017.
