Owings Mills home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Owings Mills fell by $16,050 while total sales increased by 58.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,950 - a 5.9% decrease over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Owings Mills in July 2017.
