Phoenix home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Phoenix rose by $38,750 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $675,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $636,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Phoenix in July 2017.
