Phoenix home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Phoenix fell by $44,303 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,698 - a 9.7% decrease over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Phoenix in May 2017.
