Randallstown home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Randallstown fell by $4,480 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,520 - a 2.3% decrease over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Randallstown in March 2017.
