Sparrows Point home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Sparrows Point rose by $100,750 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,500 - a 72.6% increase over the $138,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Sparrows Point in March 2017.
