Kingsville home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Kingsville fell by $98,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,250 - a 25.6% decrease over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Kingsville in March 2017.
