Phoenix home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Phoenix rose by $17,600 while total sales remained unchanged with 12 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $412,401 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Phoenix in March 2017, as well.
