Woodlawn home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Woodlawn fell by $3,417 while total sales decreased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,484 - a 2% decrease over the $168,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Woodlawn in May 2016.
