Halethorpe home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Halethorpe fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,500 - a 4.9% decrease over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Halethorpe in April 2016.
