Essex home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Essex rose by $43,034 while total sales increased by 11.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 35.3% increase over the $121,967 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Essex in April 2016.
