Sparrows Point home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Sparrows Point rose by $3,420 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $201,581 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Sparrows Point in April 2016.
