Owings Mills home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Owings Mills rose by $27,700 while total sales decreased by 21.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,700 - a 13.7% increase over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Owings Mills in April 2016.
