Towson (Baltimore County) home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Towson in Baltimore County fell by $39,750 while total sales increased by 6.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 12.2% decrease over the $324,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Towson in April 2016.
