Middle River home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Middle River fell by $4,800 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,950 - a 3.9% decrease over the $123,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Middle River in February 2016.
