Essex home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Essex rose by $1,851 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $127,149 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Essex in February 2016.
