The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Pikesville in Baltimore County fell by $500 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,500 - a 0.2% decrease over the $242,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Pikesville in January 2016.
