Perry Hall home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Perry Hall rose by $14,900 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,900 - a 6.5% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Perry Hall in January 2016.
