Baltimore home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Baltimore fell by $828 while total sales increased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 738 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,173 - a 1% decrease over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 723 homes sold in Baltimore in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Baltimore for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,463, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
