Maryland City home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Maryland City rose by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $306,000 - a 0.3% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Maryland City in May 2018.
