Lake Shore home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Lake Shore rose by $68,500 while total sales decreased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 24.3% increase over the $281,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Lake Shore in May 2018.
