Annapolis home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Annapolis rose by $34,850 while total sales increased by 34.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $335,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Annapolis in April 2018.
