Lake Shore home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Lake Shore fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 48%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,500 - a 2.3% decrease over the $288,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Lake Shore in May 2017.
