Lake Shore home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Lake Shore fell by $43,933 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,000 - a 14.3% decrease over the $307,933 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Lake Shore in March 2017.
