Mayo home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Mayo fell by $50,800 while total sales increased by 180%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,200 - a 13.2% decrease over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mayo in March 2017.
