Arnold home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Arnold fell by $27,500 while total sales increased by 45.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 6.1% decrease over the $447,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Arnold in December 2016.
