Annapolis home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Annapolis fell by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $362,500 - a 6.8% decrease over the $389,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Annapolis in October 2016.
