Annapolis home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Annapolis rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $336,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Annapolis in September 2016.
