Annapolis home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Annapolis rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 48.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 10.8% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Annapolis in July 2016.
