Severn home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Severn fell by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 22.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,500 - a 10.3% decrease over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Severn in April 2016.
