Riva home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Riva fell by $46,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 10.8% decrease over the $426,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Riva in March 2016.
