Shady Side home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Shady Side rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,500 - a 17.5% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Shady Side in February 2016.
