Crownsville home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Crownsville fell by $144,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $830,000 - a 14.8% decrease over the $974,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Crownsville in February 2016.
