Lochearn home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Lochearn rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,500 - a 3.3% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Lochearn in the first quarter of 2017.
