Windsor Mill home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Windsor Mill rose by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 26.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,500 - a 18.2% increase over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Windsor Mill in the first quarter of 2017.
