Arbutus (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Arbutus in Baltimore County rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $186,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Arbutus in the first quarter of 2017.
