Sparrows Point home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Sparrows Point rose by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,250 - a 22.3% increase over the $175,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Sparrows Point in the first quarter of 2017.
